Thermos Renew Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions
- This Renew Program is only valid on 20 August 2016 (Saturday), 12.30pm onward at North Wing Ground Floor, The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
- Only Stainless Steel Tumbler in clean condition is acceptable in this Renew Program.
- Each participant is entitled to Trade-in a maximum of one (1) Stainless Steel Tumbler and only can get one (1) New Bottle (CMC-400 Gold).
- The New Bottle (CMC-400 Gold) is only limited to 100 pieces, and on a first come first served basis, while stock lasts.
- The New Bottle (CMC-400 Gold) cannot be exchanged for other products or redeemed for cash.
- The New Bottle (CMC-400 Gold) cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
- Trade‐in tumbler must be surrendered at the time of trade‐in and will not be returned to participant under any circumstances.
- Thermos Malaysia accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters arising from the New Bottle (CMC-400 Gold).
- Thermos Malaysia reserves the right to reject any tumblers that do not meet the requirements for Renew Program.
- By participating in this Renew Program, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of Thermos Malaysia.
- Thermos Malaysia reserves its right to change, suspend or terminate the program or amends the program terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
