Terms & Conditions of +Vibe Tunetalk Online Exclusive Plans
All VIBE Tune Talk Online Exclusive Plans, hereinafter referred to as “+Vibe Plans” are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The +Vibe Plans are valid for all existing and new Tune Talk subscribers only from 16th October 2017 until further notice. Tone Excel, Tone Plus and Felda Mobile subscribers are excluded but can purchase and register a new SIM under the Tune Talk tariff to get the plans.
- The +Vibe Plans are data plans with the following data quota, validity and price for Tune Talk subscribers:
- 4GB Monthly Plan – 4GB Data allocation, 30 minutes’ worth of airtime for on-network local calls and 30 minutes’ worth of airtime for all-network local calls in a Promo Bucket and RM5 airtime credit for 1 month (30 days) from date and time of purchase at the cost of RM15.00 per month. Also comes with 30 days airtime validity that follows the plan validity.
- 12GB Monthly Plan – 12GB Data allocation, 40 minutes’ worth of airtime for on-network local calls and 40 minutes’ worth of airtime for all-network local calls in a Promo Bucket and RM5 airtime credit for 1 month (30 days) from date and time of purchase at the cost of RM30.00 per month. Also comes with 30 days airtime validity that follows the plan validity.
- 20GB Monthly Plan – 20GB Data allocation, RM5 airtime credit, Unlimited On-Net Local calls and 60 minutes’ worth of airtime for all-network local calls in a Promo Bucket for 1 month (30 days) from date and time of purchase at the cost of RM50.00 per month. Also comes with 30 days airtime validity that follows the plan validity.
- 240GB Yearly Plan - 20GB allocation per month (30 days) for 12 months from date and time of purchase at the cost of RM200 per year and comes with 1 year airtime validity from date of purchase.
- The 240GB Yearly Plan will have special auto-renewable add-on plans available for purchase as per below:
- The add-ons are minute plans with the following minute allocation, validity and price:
- RM15 for 1,500 local on-net mins valid for 30 days

- To stop the plan send “DPV15 STOP” to 2222
- RM30 for 1,500 local all-net mins valid for 30 days
- To check the status send “DPV30 STATUS” to 2222
- To stop the plan send “DPV30 STOP” to 2222
- To purchase the +Vibe Plans, subscribers must log on to www.tunetalk.com/+Vibe and follow the procedures set forth.
- Payment for the plans must be made using a Local Malaysian Credit Card or Debit Card (must enable online transactions at the respective bank first) accepted by our payment gateway.
- Once payment is successful, the plan will be provisioned within 15 minutes.
- The Plans must be renewed manually by the subscriber for the time being whilst the tokenization feature is prepared. A notification will be sent 3 days prior to expiration as well as the same day of expiration to alert the user.
- In the event the Data Quota is exhausted before the expiry, users can get an additional Data Quota by clicking on the URL which will be sent to the subscriber via SMS upon 90% and 100% of quota usage. Please note that any unused data quota from the previous purchase does not carry forward.
- Yearly Plan users will be able to add a 2GB quota that is valid for the remainder of the cycle until the next 6GB allocation is granted.
- The 2GB add-on is priced at RM15. To get the add-on, users will need to click on the URL which will be sent to the user via SMS upon 90% and 100% of quota usage and proceed to make the purchase.
- Any data usage after the Data Quota is totally exhausted will be charged at current Pay Per Use rates and it is deemed valid. After 90% of the Data Quota has been utilised, a usage notification will be sent to the subscriber containing a URL for purchase of additional quota and remaining available Data Quota can be checked by dialling *134#.
- In the event that the subscriber has insufficient funds for the renewal purchase, the Plan will have to be re-purchased via the Tune Talk website.
- In the event that the subscriber is not in ACTIVE status (ACTIVE status means that a subscriber’s Tune Talk credit validity has not expired), the subscriber will not be able to utilise the Data Quota until they return to ACTIVE status.
- To unsubscribe from the Plans, subscribers must send the desired keyword to 2222;
- 4GB Monthly Plan – type “DP15 STOP” and send to 2222
- 12GB Monthly Plan – type “DP30 STOP” and send to 2222
- 20GB Monthly Plan – type “DP50 STOP” and send to 2222
- 240GB Yearly Plan - type “DP200 STOP” and send to 2222
- To check on status, subscribers must send the desired keyword to 2222:

- 2GB add-on – type “2G STATUS” and send to 2222
- Subscribers that subscribe to the 240GB Yearly Plan will NOT be able to subscribe to any other data plan unless they unsubscribe from the Plan first. To unsubscribe from the plan please refer to Clause 11 (d).
- Subscribers can only purchase 1(one) Plan at any one time. For subscribers that are already subscribed to an existing data plan, purchasing a new plan will supersede their current plan and any unused data quota will be forfeited.
- All un-used data balance will be forfeited and refund will not be valid.
- All queries pertaining to the above Plans should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2772 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
- All subscribers that participate in any of the Plans are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
- The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
