1. Can I book the free screening tickets online?- No. The free screening is available for walk-in customers only.
2. Can I queue up to buy the free screening tickets for the next day?
- No. All free screenings are only available for redemption on the day itself.
3. If I have elderly people with me, what should I do? I really want them to enjoy the movie, but queuing up for a long time could be a challenge for them.
- Speak to our friendly staff on your request, and we will be happy to assist you.

- Customers must redeem tickets for the free movie screening in order to redeem these complimentary popcorn, drinks and penguin pillows
- Each customer can redeem up to 1 (one) penguin pillows

- Applicable for purchases via the website, mobile app and kiosk only
- Redemptions are only applicable for movies shown on the day itself
- Redeem 1 (one) Free can of Ice Lemon Tea (300 ml) for 1 (one) seat. For example, customers can redeem 3 (three) cans if they purchased 3 (three) seats
- For purchases via the website and mobile app, customers are required to print the booking confirmation e-mail and provide it to our staff at the Candy Bar
- For purchases via the kiosk, customers are required to provide the receipt to our staff at the Candy Bar
