- Fulfillment of SMS containing free ride code is within 72 hours when you receive the message “Sorry, we couldn’t find you a driver” and/or “Sorry! Our drivers seem busy” 2 consecutive times in your app for bookings made within the location stated.
- Free rides are limited to 10 rides per passenger when you do not get assigned a driver in the locations stated during the campaign period.
- A maximum of 1 promo code per day will be provided to each eligible passenger.
